By registering an account on pkskbd, by depositing funds, or by placing any wager or bet via the pkskbd platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. 5.1 Bonus Eligibility

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to a pkskbd account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. 5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and any associated free spins or promotional credits carry an expiry period as stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds that have not been wagered and met the applicable requirements by the expiry date will be removed from the player's account automatically without further notice. Expired bonus funds are not recoverable.

5.4 Bonus Abuse & Fraud Prevention

pkskbd actively monitors player activity for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering patterns designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; coordinated betting between linked accounts; and exploitation of software errors or loopholes. 5.5 Promotional Changes

pkskbd may modify, suspend, or withdraw any ongoing promotion at any time. Where a promotion is modified after a player has already opted in, pkskbd will honour the original promotion terms for that player's active bonus cycle where reasonably practicable. 6.1 General User Obligations

You agree to:

7.1 Ownership of Platform Content

The pkskbd brand name, logo, website design, user interface layouts, written content, graphics, images, and software are the intellectual property of pkskbd or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. All rights are expressly reserved. 8.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkskbd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the pkskbd Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical faults; loss of data; loss of business opportunity; or any damage arising from reliance on information displayed on the Platform. pkskbd's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the amount of your net deposits in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

8.3 Third-Party Services

pkskbd integrates with third-party payment processors, game studios, and technology providers to deliver its services. pkskbd is not responsible for the acts, omissions, errors, or failures of any third-party service provider, including but not limited to payment processing delays, game studio outages, or data errors introduced by upstream providers.
